Has anyone had trouble with Speedy Closings in N.J. they are constantly behind and always have an excuse that the checks from the title companies aren't clearing??

See message #346516. They were just discussed the other

day. I don't take work from them any longer, because having to chase my payments was habitual. Too bad, because otherwise they aren't a bad company to work with.
