If you look at the chart on the website it shows the interest rate dropping since April. I can overlay a chart of the amount of business I've received since April and it will dovetail nicely!

Of course, subject to ignoring....and ignorance prevails yet a while longer.

Can I sell you a bridge? Have a great one, used a lot, tolls to be collected. Sure, needs total refurb, but....
