I rec'd payment for 2 March/April invoices recently. They usually go 45 days and as soon as I email Lisa or call (817-421-2171) check arrives. I really hope they're not in trouble, I've always enjoyed working with them

Same here, never had a problem with payment 45 days out...

is about right, unfortunately. But they do pay.

Two signings is my cutoff. Pay me for those two first, then I'm willing to accept more signings. JMHO

Gosh I hope they arent in trouble. I just did my first two for them within the last month. 2 closings is my limit too until I see how payment is. When I first took the closings I was under the impression their payment schedule was net 30. I hope thats still the case.

I will post in SC for when I receive payment. Otherwise working with them wasnt too shabby. Could do without the mile long instructions though. But thats just me KISS is a good thing.

I work for them regularly & don't have a problem. Payment

is usually at about 45 days, and is stated in their confirmation. Try calling Patty or Lisa, or emailing Lisa. Did you login to the website w/a completion report. That is the only way your payment goes into the system. This is the same system that many ss use.
