FYI Traci has updated the site listing to reflect their AKA, AFA Title, is the same slow pay company in PA. Now all will be forewarned by finding them either way in search.
They OVERNIGHTED a check to me this week in less than 60 days! Of course that was after I mentioned what could be reflected on the notary sites.

I did a closing for them on April 8th and April 14th and I have not been paid. I did the invoice as directed and everything was done correctly. I will give them until the 21st of June. This will allow them 60 days to pay me. If I don't get paid by the 21st. I will let everyone know how slow they pay their notaries.

I did two for them at the end of April. Their instructions state that you must wait until the 21st of the month, then send an invoice for all closings done from the 21st of the previous month to the 21st of the current month. By the time the 21st of May came around, I out of town and didn't send it until the 22nd. I haven't gotten paid yet, and I hope they don't use that as an excuse to wait another month.
If I ever do another closing for them, I'll send the invoice immediately. They can hold it until the 21st if they want, but at least I'll know that I sent it on time.

Just did my second signing for them. First was the beginning of April. Sent in invoice on time but just received my check. They pay a good amount for the signing but make you wait 60 days. That's not too bad seeing how slow it is. No hand holding and professional. I'll see how long my second signing takes to get paid.
