Ampro Narional Services
Is anyone currently working with Ampro? I have been calling and emailing about 2 closing dateing back to March and Jevin has not responded to any of them. I have worked with Phil and Jevin for many years and there has been other times the payment ran a little late but they always responded. 90 days is way past a little late and the fact that I cant get any response from them is not a good sign. Also any info on file suite in Florida would be greatly appreciated.

Check your PA court website (or rules of Civil Procedure) for Small Claims procedures, specifically venue in collection matters - you may be able to file suit right in PA and not in FL
As for payment from AmPro, I have no input there as I haven't worked for them in quite some time. As I recall, I had to send a follow-up requesting payment status, which would mean they were over 30 days...think they paid at the 45 day mark or so....this was last year.
Good Luck..

Great! Linda Thank you very much for taking the time it is much appreiciated. I was really hoping not to have to go this far but I feel they have left me no choice it's a shame because I really liked working with Jevin and Phil guess it's a sign of the time. Nothing personal but business is business maye one of them will read my post and pay me.....

Calling/emailing myself for April closings. They are not responding. Don't know what else to do but take the next step. These are hard times and cannot risk working for signing services that do not pay/respond. I generally stick to my own title companies and do not have issues. Let me know if you have any luck.
