Another enticing business opportunity!!
Got an email today from a company called Avenue 365 Lender Services, out of PA. Requires BGC (who pays?), copies of all your stuff, etc, and a long app form to complete.
They're paying a whopping $80 for emailed packages, and all kinds of deductions for what they term as errors, and then you wait 30 days.
Hope these lowballers sink quickly.

Roger and others,
I was the one that sent out the "Business Opportunity" Email. If you had throughly read the "fees" page you would have seen the last note, which states that the prices on the sheet are just guidelines. All of our prices are negotiable and well will happily accommodate individuals prices as long as they are reasonable, you would just have to attach note with your pricing on it so we can consider it.
Troy from Avenue 365
"Hope these lowballers sink quickly"-- This is not likely as we are expanding nationwide now.

you may be expanding, but what's the caliber of your agents?
What's the ratio of re-signs and errors? What is your median pay? Since you are expanding 'nationwide', you must have some dollar payment that appears to be REASONABLE it is point; is it the $80 amount or a higher amount? Why are there no positive comments or feedback in SC? Do you have any 'happy' signing agents in your database who can sing your praise?
"If you lack professionalism and integrity, you will sink quickly in this industry." We're not trying to be mean, Troy. Good luck!

I had replied to the email, but never received a response. Many notaries won't sign contracts or supply a lot of info to a company they know nothing about. We are especially wary of companies that offer low-ball fees. I hope you can respect our reasons for that caution.
