I think I would not get involved. They could collect fees from desparate debtors and not pay the creditors. Recearch A G's & BBB's. Some have been in the news as scams.

OMG, I HAVE DID A CLOSING ON AN OLD COUPLE FOR THIS COMPANY AND THEY HAVENT P;AID ME YET. I WONDER WHAT WILL HAPEN TO THEM AND THE OBLIGATION THAT WAS MADE BY THIS CLIENT. THEY ARE A TERRIBLE COMPANY TO WORK FOR I AM IN CONTACT WITH THE ATTORNEY GENERAL ABOUT THIS COMPANY, IT MAY BE A LITTLE MONEY THEY OWE, BUT THAT IS ALL THAT IT TAKES SOMETIMES
