Dynamic Field solution requested a signing in Maryland

Thank you Signing Central and Notary Rotary forum, you saved me from wasting my time. Dynamic Field solution called me today @4:15 to do a split signing in Timionuim, MD and Chestertown, MD and while she was telling me the specifics, I look up Dynamic Field solution. Beware, they will be calling around today. The crazy thing was I stated a very high fee, and she said no problem......that was a red flag!!

I'm in the same boat as everyone else with dynamic . Did a closing the beginning of July, and still haven't been paid.

Of course she'll agree to anything to get the job completed.....and IF you get paid at all, it will most likely be at 90 days - the check will be for $60 - their usual lowball fee, regardless of what the confirmation states.
