Finity Title
Has anyone worked for them before? They just contacted me to fill out their contract. I don't see any reviews on them.

SP: Finiti.....they're listed in SC but only when I'm
logged out - can't see them to link when logged in...
Also search under *Finiti* - several threads as recent as April.

I've done many signings for them through an ss. I also recently received their "invite" & signed up with them. They actually pay less directly than I get through the ss. There's been other discussions--try the orange search button. It's Finiti Title.

I don't know about your area but I don't get any calls because they have plenty who accept $75 for edocs. No thanks.

Do a search of posts here using "Finiti" for some of the issues notaries have had with their contract language. I thought they seemed very nice and well-organized but we were unable to come to an agreement on the contract, which was a deal-breaker on both sides.
I have worked with them through signing services and they've been fine.

they're okay if you want to work for $125...doesn't matter
type of loan....they used to go thru a few SS on SC, but they've been branching out directly to NSA's over the last few months.
I've not worked for them directly so don't know their pay schedule. Which for a title company, should be after loan funds, if you're listed on HUD, or no later than 2 weeks if not on HUD...good luck!
