Genuine Title

Just received a call for a signing in 2 hours from Genuine Title. We agreed on price and then I went to SC to check them out. Horrible reputation, non pay etc. Called her back and advised I would not be taking job because of their bad reputation. She said all of those notaries who made those negative comments have been paid and went on to say that everyone who works for her gets paid. Sorry, I still won't do the job. Thanks to all who list not only the negative comments but also the positive ones. By thw way, if they still owe anyone money, why not give her a call.

I think that if you were to allow any of these deadbeats, they would have an excuse for everything. She did say however, that if I took this one she would give me more work. They never stop trying.

Good for you. Now they'll be calling notaries in SC or Virginia just like FASS is doing in my area (calling notaries 50 miles away).

Did you ask for payment via PayPal? That works for me with

some companies. IMO there's nothing wrong with putting someone on COD.

I for one still have not been paid. After sending my invoice, and copies, and notices to all the owners/managers, and registered agent of the Company, not to mention e-mails….I give up! I’m not chasing these thieves a second more. THEY can check their files, and send me payment…or expect a bad but truthful assessment from me from now ‘till Hell freezes over.
