On the contrary. He will not take care of it right away. I try not to post any collections issues; however, this post just pushed the wrong button.

I have been trying to collect from Mr. Safir for a few months for closings I completed in December and January. I have faxed, emailed and spoken with him to no avail. I WILL be contacting his boss now because I'm tired of waiting. I also have bills to pay and am tired of waiting for his payment.

I thought he was the boss. I did a couple of RESPA's I guess cause I live about 2 miles from his office he paid me but believe me not without some pounding. The last two I did I told him I was going to visit him and the check came promptly. Won't work for him again.

I turned back an assignment I had accepted from Genuine Title last week.

Shannan called in a rush to get a RESPA package signed. She intentionally spoke very fast and in a manner that made be believe I had performed work for her before. When the confirmation email arrived and I realized who she really worked for, I emailed back declining the assignment.

I notified Mr. Konstantin, Jay Zukerberg, and Jon Bach that I had not received payment for a loan package I had signed for Genuine Title last year. I did get an e-mail from Mr. Konstantin stating that he was the owner of Genuine Title Settlement Services (and how wonderful he and his company were) but no check. I stopped chasing them after awhile, and just wrote it off to experience. IMO this company purposely starts out with the intention of cheating those that are foolish enough to work for them. Not paying me my fee ($110..yeah I believed the scheduler, and reduced my normal fee of $125) is just the same as taking $110 out of my wallet when I’m not looking. That would make them thieves no? Petty thieves; but take my case and multiply it by 100 or 1000, and we’re talking semi-serious money.
I would NEVER work for this company. Not if they paid double my fee in front.
