I've worked for Deb for years. She wonderful to work with, always pays, docs are always sent either with the confirmation or shortly after, she never lowballs. I love it when she calls!!

I worked with her last year and left many voicemails and emails to get paid. The part that made me mad was, when I finally DID talk to her, she said "oh I didn't get any voicemails or emails" but in one message I mentioned that I was on vacation and she said at the end of the call "I'm really sorry and I hope you enjoy the rest of your vacation". So I'm to believe her vm AND email were filtering messages from me and she magically knew I was on vacation. Methinks someone lies.....

I did a closing for her on 6-15-10. And 61 days later after emails from her being told my check was in the mail twice. And was told their computer system went down. I get my check short by $35.00. So not only did I have to chase down my payment. I didn't get everything I was owned. Every email I sent Deb had the confirmation she sent me for the closing showing what she approved my fee to be.
