Thank's Michelle. I have another scheduled for tomorrow - yeah!! I wasn't even bummed out about having to turn down four signings this past week. As long as these rate stay down I have a feeling I'm gonna be V-E-R-Y B-U-S-Y ;-) Here's to the industry!

Sunny all day, way low tide.
On the breeze, along the highway-
that salten, primal, rock and sandy mud-
so I stopped at Fogardy Creek.

Low tide's revelations,
all alive and basking
greet tourists and townies,
and all down the wide sandy beach-
kites with kids, frisbied dogs,
ambling waders and noisy gulls-
and sandcastles.

Then I drove through a little neighborhood in Seal Rock, where the scents from a thousand sweet flowers from everyone's gardens about swept me away...

Not to bum you out

Now all you have to do is, make sure it appraises, start with underwriting, jump through all their hoops and hope your borrower carries through and a few other things I can't think of right now. Once all these are done then you can count the big money. Good luck.

I never count on the money till it's in my hot little hands. Here in AZ I know of cases where the docs were signed and notarized but the loan never closed. Lender closed their doors 1 hour after the closing!
