Has anyone ever printed out the comments in SC
and send them to the TC so they can see in black and white that the company they are using is not paying their notaries? I am contemplating doing this.

I've never sent them to a TC, but I have sent them to no-no companies who contact me by email asking me if I'm available. Then they proceed to try and argue with me (via email) stating that notaries simply don't know how to invoice properly, etc. Or if the company is named Dynamic, they simply just don't care about their ratings and get snippy.

you'd be suprised to find out how many read this
forum and also post as "just a notary." Not only that but I believe you should be aware that some SS have more then just a subtle relationship with some escrow officers. It's not as "shiny" as it looks, like everything else in this world. I must say, if you send it to the right person, then you will get some action. They are the ones who don't read the forums.

Do you think you would need the permission of the poster before cc ing anyone a post?

That's a good question Ilene. The comments are made
annoymous (sp) with just a state. We don't have any idea who actually posted the comment.

Just wondering if that might lead to someone not relying on S/C as a reputable resource.

Hi Linda. I'm no attorney but sharing that information
may be in conflict with NotRot's Terms of Use. I just glanced at the first part of the Terms and in the first paragraph of the "PERSONAL AND NON-COMMERCIAL USE LIMITATION" section may address this sort of thing. Again, I could be wrong - just something for you to consider.
