Has this happened to you?

I had to meet a borrower at lenders branch office. He didn't want to go home first then come across town to meet with me. Docs were running late. Borrower was already furious about something and threatening to walk. Lo told me that borrower was ready to leave. We both agreed that he would receive docs at his office that would save time while I was driving up there. I got there as planned. When I got there the district manager was sitting with the borrower and had notarized everything. They insisted on sending the package. I told the lo why he had done that. He said we are not losing a customer! I called title from there they said I would get paid anyway.

The branch manager did. I got paid title assured me that I would.
