Have a "going in blind" purchase signing tomorrow

God I hate this...have worked with this company before with no problem...this one is purchase of new construction - lender says no prior contact with the borrowers/buyers allowed. Closing in developer's office - I have docs already,

I will say title did call and confirm names on ID with borrowers for me..and called me with info...ah well, we shall see - told them if it doesn't go I still require payment...

Wisheth me lucketh!!

Good luck! Take business cards - goal: 3-5 per day.

Should be good opportunity for you to be requested in future.

He's got them - I closed for this developer before

in fact, had to decline one last week because I'd just hit the field for the census and they needed me in an hour...that was painful.

Realtor got my cards last time too - hope it's a different realtor this time...<G>

I'm sure you'll do great. There is usually a RE Agent present for purchase closings. It also sounds like you've landed a great client. Good luck!
