Congress is scary ...

When none of the members of the House know what's in our understand the U.S. Constitution.

Maybe they should go back to elementary school.

Thanks, Brenda! Interesting reading: Let's spend taxpayer $$$ paying our salaries and our staffs to research, read and draft something that's already been done and working for more than 200 years. Maybe no one will remember we have a U.S. Constitution?

Thanks for the post Brenda.

I think, at least at first glance, I'm with Alex. If this bill was not necessary in 2007, what has changed to make it necessary in 2010? It looks like the same, or similar, bill has been introduced every year.

Could this be the beginnings of that "national notary" discussed here recently? Wink

Alex's blog is always full of good info for notaries.

I'm kinda amazed that other notaries haven't picked up on how crazy this newest info is regarding the blog link.

I can tell you that it's a topic of conversation on the Secretary of State list serve. By the way, XYZ supports the bill. So I guess they see some profit angle somewhere.

Sorry A/FL...I just realized you said it right. Ugh.

Plenty of coffee; depletion of brain cells, perhaps?
