anyone done any signings for them? they are related to NREIS, but "have a better payment history". I didn't see anything in SC. Appreciate any information about your experience with them.

I would be careful of them too. I thought they were OK, and I got paid on a couple in 30 days. Then I called to inquire about payment (lend vend, now at 60 days) and reached the same lady I had been talking to about getting paid by NREIS? They love to tell you what payment period the check is issued- only problem is they never send it. The one that is OK is Integrated Title- they book thru NREIS and pay in 30 days or less?? I don't know what is going on?> The check is in a NREIS envelope and the check reads that it is from the Integrated Title master account???

thanks for your reply and information. I am not willing to do closings for companies I have to work harder to get paid than the actual job itself requires. Ot in some cases not get paid at all. That has only happened a few times in my 8 years as a signing agent, but I am fairly careful who I take signings from, and also very persistent in pursuing payment.
