NREIS, IREP & SLS

Received a call from NREIS for scheduling. Received the confirmation from IREP. Contact was SLS (Secured Lending Services) for invoicing. This was a "purchase" closing with a loan officer and all I had to do was witness the signing. Received payment within 2 weeks.

Very easy but very confusing when trying to find out who to contact about my payment and who to invoice. I assume that they have consolidated all scheduling into one department. Does anyone know what's going on with this?

They have several subsidiaries. Lender Vend, and Integrated title are also
included under NREIS.

You are very lucky that you were paid. I have past due invoices with NREIS from March.

I received three checks in one day last week for signings in February and March after I sent a letter to
The President, NREIS... I was starting to wonder if I was going to get paid. One signing was over 4 months ago.
