Newbie!
Hello folks! I am a newbie as a Notary/Signing agent. A quick question with regard to how to upgrade my NCRI "score" to the upper level? When my zipcode is placed my score is a notch below everyone elses including one that is newer than me? Thoughts??/ Joining NRA, memberships?, etc?
Thank you in advance for your help. This appears to be a helpful forum!
Best Regards, Bob Delaney, Oregon

Welcome, Bob! I have no idea what your NCRI score is, so I will be interested in others' responses to that. As for joining the NRA, that might be helpful when it comes to collecting from any nonpaying SSs, which you are bound to encounter the longer you stay in this business - just stick a .22 in their face! But I'm assuming you mean the NNA, and it may be worth it to sign up with them as a newbie for a year just to get your feet wet, but beyond that they have nothing to offer as far as I can see. As for this forum, it's way beyond helpful. Everything you will ever need to become a first-class, A1 notary is on Notary Rotary.
