North American Signing

North American Signing called today with a RM here in my town. Yes, I was available,
but when I asked about the fee, she said we pay $75 and it's edocs too. I told her what
my base fee was ($XXX) and she sounded so sad when she said, 'thanks anyway'.

I just checked SC and I am so thankful that I was able to turn her down, due to all
the bad reviews and only 1 1/2 star rating.

Thanks NR!

$75 for an RM? What a joke.

I won't post my fee, but one of my regular RM clients has always paid me MUCH more than that. A fee that I consider very fair. Three months ago THEY came to ME and said I should charge them $50 more for what I'm doing. Um, OK. Last week after a closing that had a little extra work, they again told me I should raise my fees another $50. Wow. I didn't accept because I think fairness in fees goes both ways. But THAT'S how you treat your closers. Believe, I'll go to the ends of the earth for these guys.

Wow, Al...what is the name of your RM client? Just kidding...I know you wouldn't tell us, but we'd all love to have that client!
