I have seen that site and all of the information was incorrect. The only thing correct was my hometown, everthing else was fabricated.
It also lists the value of many of my friends homes at 1million (some of them are not even homeowners)

You are aware that it's an "aggregator" website?
and that it searches data constantly and updates itslef. So while your info may be wrong today I suspectr that it will get better and better. Look at Zillow, most people in the rael estate and appraisal business thaought it was a joke when it atarted but it is rimproving all the time and is now the standard source of info for some industries.

According to that site my home is $1 M plus, and there are more than Bruce and I living here - also has me as a Leo. I know I have never played golf or basketball or any other sports they have listed for me. Definitely don't read Sci-Fi novels. Also has my wealth index as High (I wish!!!)
Hope no-one wished to waste their money by asking for my full profile.

Oddly enough, I'm not on there at all. Fine by me. My husband was, though.
Just use a "throwaway" email address for the removal confirmation. That's what I did.

I just looked at a page there - at the very bottom, there is a small link that says "Privacy". Clicking on that will take you to a page where you can request that your info be removed.

LOL this site is so far off I don't know if I should be concerned or LMAO. The street photo is not even the correct address corresponding to the (12 yr old) office address they have on file. None of the numbers are correct either.
Seems like it is a site that purposely puts up incorrect info in an attempt to get people to pay them to correct it.

In my case, most of the info they had on one of my records was correct (the other record was from an address I hadn't lived at in 10+ years). I immediately had them remove both records. They don't charge you to do that, but they also don't make it easy to find out how to do it.

Not even close. Did have an address I might have
inhabited, but for the slovenly rental I attempted to rent while in law school.
I never lived there, never took possession, and won in court when I sued the shady landlord for my up-front and in good faith long-distance pre-payments.
So, I'm not sure exactly how out-of-date "spokeo.com" is...but I know I always lived out in the open - I have all my life on the up-and-up, completely legitimate. And I have no idea what one might find at this sight, but for me, it was way old and erronious "info".
