Question?

Do SS and Title Co. have a Signing Central report area on Notaries as does NotRot?

they probably have an in-house do not call list otherwise I'd be getting calls from ND, FASS, SOX plus about ten others LOL.

Are you’re asking if SS and Title Companies “rate” notaries or NSA’s? Yes, some do. Do they have a special secrete place where they go to see such info? Not that I know of. There are sites that sell software, and data bases, containing thousands of notaries, if one purchases this information, and space, one can ‘rate’ a notaries performance, or see what others using this data think of a particular notary.

There are other sites similar to NotRot that do allow

the TC/SS to rate us, just not here yet.

Re: Question? - I do believe so...

When I renegotiated my fees with a Title Company after working with them for a year, they were able to access a supposed file on me for detailed information on my work ethics and work accuracy when completing a signing.
I would see how a file on each Signing Agent could only be beneficial to a hiring company.
Oh by the way, again they met my fee and then some.

Yes, there is, sort of

Just like we can rate a SS. Anyone can rate one of us, if they add you to their contacts page. They can add notes and a rating. This is not exactly public information. The ratings access choices are:
1. keep it to myself
2. share with the notary
3. Share with everyone, with the notarys' approval

...so yes, some one could be keeping track here in NR.
I am sure some SS do use the contacts section as their notary database .
It is a handy way to keep track of the people you "meet" here.

I use it to track my notes/follow up, when I come in contact with some one who may be interested in joining the California Mobile Notary Network.
