Reverse Mortgages
Does anyone know of a book or course covering reverse mortgages? I know I'm JUST the notary, but i would like a better understanding of how they work.

BrendaTx has a great phamplet on understanding RM's
Click on her name on one of her posts, follow link to find it.
She has a great writing style and probably should have called it RM's for Dummies - it is that good.
Of course, she is a great friend and a wonderful contributor to NotRot, but if you search, you will find I am not alone in my assessment.

I was also going to suggest Brenda's book
One of the reasons I suggest it, is because it is written specifically for NSA's.
I think it's an e-book (for immediate download) and only $9.95.

Hey --- everyone has to creep into this decade eventually. I pretty much hung onto the 80's and 90's as looooong as I could. My hair is a curly mess most of the time. This "straight" stuff takes a lot of work.  Thank you, Misty.

Esp. in humidity! Looks great!
I'm naturally straight and getting 'lift' is the biggest problem.
