Good.

I've worked for Robin for six or seven years. She doesn't pay big money ($85 to $100), but she always pays. Her pay cycle is 45 days and you will probably receive the check on the 45th day. Easy to work for, IMO. Requires a fax back of the HUD, a Scorecard completed by the borrower, and, on the first job, a few other docs just to make sure you're doing things to her standards.

Never had a problem with her. As far as I know, she's still in business. I did 8 or 9 for her last year.
