UST Global, Moon Township, PA -- very good! --

Did a signing yesterday for UST. They readily agreed to my $XXX fee (even tho their sign up package quotes $85). Docs were available almost immediately and they confirmed that docs were received and I was able to print. During signing, BO had question and was unable to contact LO. Someone answered at UST, attempted to contact LO or someone at lender and kept us updated in her efforts.

They were very easy to work with. No faxbacks. I've added them to SC. They say checks are cut every 2 weeks. I will update when payment is received. If they pay as stated, they'll be upgraded to "excellent."

At this point, I can honestly say, "Call me anytime, UST!"

Not sure how they got my name, but they sent me an email with a sign up package. I don't have a blank one anymore, but email them and ask them to send it to you:
