US CERTIFIED SIGNERS
They are the best! If I was unable to do a signing in Seattle I would refer the title company or lender to US Certified Signers in Sacramento. I know they are meticulous and never have any loose ends for me to research or try to find an answer, such as a clients phone number.
They pay faster than other companies including title companies!!!! Stephen and Michael never forget to thank me.

I'm a signing agent in Hilo Hawaii for the past 5 years. I've worked with many many different signing agencies and there is none that comes close to US Certified Signers. They are professional, instant service and prompt payment. Whenever I receive a closing call, I'm always hoping it's from them. Michael and Stephen are one of the most pleasant persons to ever have to deal with. Two thumbs up.

Re: This sounds like a paid advertisement - you got paid, now
I believe this is the company that took James to court - and lost. I linked the company, so others can check the forum discussions - not very complimentary for US Certified Signers.

If your company treats me fair, calls me for work all the time, appreciates my service, pays on time and is pleasant to deal with I will be your biggest cheerleader. Call me for work and I will prove it.

Hey James, did you ever get paid????
US Certified Signers are the one that took James to court, and they lost big time.
James please tell us if Michael ever paid you?

Debra, I agree with you, Michael and Stephen are my number one guys for the past eighteen months now. Not only have they been professional and extremely knowledgeable, but they are always a joy to work with. Michael really balances my best interest as well as his own and I NEVER have to wait for doc's (maybe once in a year), because these two are really good at what they do. They pay me consistently every two to three weeks, I can count on it.
Previously I worked for a signing company, before I became a notary, and it was not managed nearly as well as US Certified is. These guys are THE BEST!!!

What did they do, send an email blast to you all?
Seriously... Kathleen here is the 6th notary in about 2 hours to post glowing reviews of a company that has a rather poor reputation here.
I hear quacking... and I'm pretty sure it's not a zebra.

Re: US CERTIFIED SIGNERS - IMO Worst Post ever on NR
*I would refer the title company or lender to US Certified Signers in Sacramento.*
Sorry, but that is the worst remark or advise ever made by a signing agent on this forum.
The goal is to win title companies and lenders as direct clients so that the notary gets the full fee. It is not the goal to put a middle man into the equation so that notaries make less.
