Vancura Decision??
Does anyone anything about this?? Cant find it anywhere on the web in detail. I found it here while looking for something else: Scroll down a little and its in the box with Notary Liability, a webinar being offered. Hmmmmmm?? I am waaaaay too curious on this one, lol Guess who is offering the webinar??

Wow!! Im about half way thru reading this, and what a fiasco!! And the sad part is Ive actually heard of almost the same scenerio happening in my area. A notary for a company notarized a sig of a son who signed for his mother. An outright forged signature. And the notary was just doing what she was told to do probably with no knowledge that Notary Laws even exist. Around here, I could see it happening. Employer Bob saying "hey Suzie, can you get your commission so we can take care of business, dont worry about the training, we'll teach you everything you need to know, its real easy, nothin to it" " And employee Suzie says "why sure boss, anything to make you happy". And so it begins.
I really really wish the office of the Notary was taken a little more seriously at the state level in ALL business transactions. It seems its just treated as a minor formality to complete a business transaction with no meaning behind the function.
