Written Deposition Service...G/B/U?
Cannot find anything about them in SC nor searching forum. Has anyone had anything to deal with them? Based in Dallas, TX. Emailed me from NR asking if I could Notarize 1 signature on written questions 58 miles from me. I wonder if they're lowballers, since they're looking this far away when there are at least 2 listed Mobile Not's in Amarillo. Instead of offering me a fee, they started with "Please advise what your fee would be for completing this notary service. If our client approves the fee, we will be contacting you with contact information to get this completed."

Kaci, Hvae done numerous Custoian of Doc affidavits for them. If it local, up to 20 miles, it $30 plus the notary fees. $30 gets up to one hour of my time; down loading and printing docs, driving, sit and waiting, and gettting docs ready to ship. Then it's $30 per hour broken in to 1/2 hour.

I quoted her the same $30 an hour as you did, but added my standard trip fee since it's 60 miles. Now just waiting to see if the attorney approves the fee. Good timing as I needed to make a trip to town this week anyway.

Kaci, That's the way to look at it, as payment for a needed personal trip. Just stick to you guns about you fee. You may miss this one but you get the next one. Sid
