need immediate assistance - having so much trouble logging

onto LSI. I show: secured.lsi-lps.com/messenger. It never works for me. Does anyone else have problems with their website/log-on site? Any suggestions? Thanks. I'm trying to retrieve docs.

I had LSI issue me a user name and password so I could submit my completion reports through their website. I could never get it to work though, so I still just fax them in. If you are referring to the password you have to submit just to read a secure message that they send you, I've not had a problem with that but it periodically makes me re-choose a security symbol.
