the notary biz
i know this belongs in sc but i just wanted to warn everyone including newbies...do not work for them...they do not pay timely....make up excuses, nasty, they say the title companies haven't paid them and they can't pay us for there recent closings. They are now making a list when you call and complain. And have no clue when we will be paid but i bet they have paid there employee and themselves but we who do the work are put on a list to be paid....go out of business if you can't to pay the notary who does all your work....btw, if you call trust title they will tell you they paid notary biz......so where's the money

Well let me tell you I got nasty with them a couple of weeks ago and guess what I just received check from them for a March 10 closing. I still have check in hand because I am nervous to take it to my bank because I don't know for sure if it will bounce or not. Their bank on their check is Bank Of America. I was going to take it to that bank directly but we don't have a Bank Of America branch near where I live.

try to call bac and see if the ck is good like local merchants can do....they have a 800 number...the ck i got in march was good..my sister in new york and i didn't have a problem. i didn't know they were boucing cks until i yesterday or i definitely wouldn't have worked for them..
