Has anyone gotten a check from this slime ball in the past month. he still tells me he is catching up on payments.
would be interested to hear from anyone who has collected recently
I got a lawyer to issue a demand letter but so far that has not worked.

try calling escrow/TC

i have never had to call escrow/TC for payment, but i would if needed
