CA Notaries - journal info - is this real?

Below is a link to what "ABC" says the CA SOS states regarding journals.

If this is fact, then that would rule out using my beloved NotRot journal, right?

As usual, I don't think they have all the facts - but I could be wrong.
Will still use my NotRot journal! How 'bout you?

That was covered thoroughly in thread 322505. You can certainly continue to use your Modern Journal using the single-line/document approach if you'd like. Once again, the Modern Journal is flexible enough to be used either way.
