Epic Real Estate or OSS

I see from reveiwing all the last comments that this co. was formally known as land america who owed me money when they file bankruptcy. They called this morning for me to do a closing. Has anyone worked and gotten paid from them recently?

Little bit slow. I took one in January on the 18th was paid March 8th. Good fee. I would work for them again.
