FASS website-anyone else having problems downloading docs ?

I can't get my docs to come up. It says it has downloanded them, but nothing comes up. Of course noone is answering. Anyone else having problems today? I never have problems with the FASS website.

My experience has been that once you open them you have to print them. I opened them once and didn't print and couldn't get them again and had to call. They emailed them to me and I was lucky someone was still there to do that.

Well, I never got anything, even the first time I tried, just showed that it was done downloanding, and nothing was there. As I stated, I do closings for them all the time, and I have never had a problem, so, I'm figuring it's a problem at their end. Fortunately, I don't need the docs this weekend, so no big deal. I'll check tomorrow, and if it's not working, I'll just call Monday. Just wondered if anyone else was having problems.

My experience is that these documents upload very slowly. It wil say it's completed, but it takes a while. Walk away for about 5 minutes & then see if they've uploaded.

I had a closing scheduled for sat am. No docs ever showed up on the website. I called every number I could find, FASS, lender fro Fri eve to sat am. No answer. Tried to go on website to report this and could not get any option except for one, completion I chose that and left an extensive note. I have worked with them for several years and have never had this problem
