Filing charges with the Magistrate

Does anyone in Arizona know what I need to do to file charges against a notary company that owes me over $1700 and refuses to pay?

Thanks! I am sure he will just ignore it. I figure if enough of us file charges against this person they may start garnishing his wages. I just want what is mine and that he spent!!!!

Also...make a note in their listing in SC

if they're not listed, add them, rate them and link this thread to the listing....so all can see and it's on record...
