www.sigalert.com is a free link to see how traffic in these 2 states is moving on every CA freeways and the 2 cities in Arizona.

You can see where the congestion is on a freeway or is "green to go without problems"

Great stuff!

I am going to sign up for their $19.95 year price so I can "save routes and get phone alerts because I teach in many cities in southern CA" and want to know whether to take the 60 or 91 after class.

This $19.95 price is particular to me but the free part is great info for most people.

Joan, Google earth does this free, and also provides speeds and camera shots of traffic. I use it everyday. When I'm going to a signing I type in the address and actually see the location I'm going to for references such as parking, etc.
