amazing that they're still in business

called me for a refi and the whole loan was to be faxed back after completion. all for a whooping $70. told them to never call me again and grilled them on calling me in the first place with such nonsense. told them i was offended at their lack of professionalism!

Actually no it is not amazing that they are still in business as I am sure they have made lower bids with lenders and are getting more work than many others ( come on is there a day passing by with them not calling us?)
And I am sure there are many notaries that will do it till they sit down and realize they made no profit!

Be nice to the person on the phone

they don't own the business they just follow orders. In this economy they may be lucky to be working. I am always polite and politely say no thanks.
