Gemstone e-signing HELP!

I need help urgently. Supposed to have e-signing today and was not given Gemstone Login or Password. Gemstone help desk is closed on weekends. I've called escrow and LO and left messages. I didn't get to my confirmation 'til after Gemstone closed last night - too late to do anything about it last night.

Any help is greatly appreciated!

The only way to get into your documents is with your login and password.

Did the SS or escrow not send it to you in their email? If you don't have it you will need to call the borrower and let them know that the signing will need to be postponed.

Yes, I know my login and password (or administrator's) is required. Just wondered if anyone had any way ideas. Michelle, no response to that email yet. Escrow hasn't come thru with anything yet. Guess this will have to be postponed .
