Help with Loan Signing Journal

I have a notary journal for the public even though my state doesn't require one , but I would like to know if there is one that I can get to track my loan signings , or does anyone have a spreadsheet that they would like to share with me. Thanks

Re: Not Rot Simply the Best in the Industary for Loans IMO

The Journal that Harry sells here is simply the best. I read he designed it for the NSA. Chek it out under "Notary Supplies" It is easy to use. You just check off the box that apply to the form in the loan package that needed to have the signature notaruzed. One line fits them all. I would never think of using any other. That is the best way to keep track of everything you notarize. I dont think he charges much for them.

I'll second. Not Rot's is the best

I just got mine at the beginning of the year. I love it. allows me to track billing/payment in the same places as the borrower's info as well as a nice checkbox for what docs were signed and if they were jurats or affadavits. Truly designed with the loan signer in mind. Best ever!

The Modern Journal of Notarial Events is comprehensive,

well-made, and efficiency-oriented for compliances.

The only thing that could make it better is a privacy system, for the previous signers up the page.

Even has includes "Date of Docs, Ref #, Fees, Paid? entries. Handy as a shirt on a pocket.

Extremely affordable, fast delivery.

This is a totally freely given testimony, and I'm not getting paid to say this.

What kind of information are you wanting to track? I'm guessing you might be looking for something to keep some sort of monthly status or tally with some basic business info vs. the kind of info we would put into a journal. If that's the case, I created a very simple one page spread sheet in Excel which anyone could do on their own. I just have a column for the client, borrower name, date and time of assignment, invoice amount and date paid. I also have a column where I can input a monthly income goal and have it calculate the balance to my monthly target after each assignment input. I also have a column to check off once the assignment has been completed and a column for comments (although the last one, on mine, doesn't fit if I want to print it out). Like I said, it was very easy to set up.

As for the journal sold here, I couldn't agree more with the rest of the comments about it. I buy all my journals here.

You should check out Msg #239876 . Posted there is a link to an Exel spreadsheet that one can use to track loan signings & info regarding loans. I use it & find it quite useful.
