Here is what I was told (by them.) Consumer Title had two owners, they split and Consumer Title is no more. One of the owners started this company. This was just in the last couple of weeks. I accepted a signing from them and was told payment would be in 30 days or less. I planned on posting and adding them to signing central when and if that happened.
