Now that you mention it, I went and checked. I used to be but my membership has expired and I'm not renewing. I can't say I've gotten anything from them, even forgot what they did.

If I'm not mistaken...wasn't NotaryBeware just a
website where members could be kept informed about deadbeat companies? Don't think it was ever meant to be used as a listing site but rather just a resource for keeping notaries informed of low pay/slow pay/no pay companies.

Same here. Business is down and I'm not getting many calls from companies that aren't familiar
to me. If I do, SC here on NR is the best resource. Thanks to everyone who contributes to it.t

I was a member but I didn't renew. Same as the others on this forum, I tend to check on here before I go to Notary Beware. They do have a feature where you can register a non-payment complaint and they in turn send this to the non-paying entity. It is then marked resolved or unresolved under that company's name and you can see how many issues they have had in past and if they were resolved. It's a good site but I too, am cutting back on expenses.
