I sure could a good #8 right now!

My online template for my notary and another website is awful to use.

It's clear that no one has ever asked a non-tech what words would they use.

Ex: I want to change the name of a subpage. Found the tool to do that. Then the window opens and I have no idea which one to choose. Label didn't work. Etc. Arrrrrrrgh.
