Monster closing packets

Is anyone else levying a surcharge for monster packets; and, if so, what sort of surcharge do you impose and at what volume do you start? I am getting them up to 212 pages.

I had one from same lender, same # of pages & same instructions.
BUT, husband out of town so wife had to sign or initial all pages for herself plus sign or initial all pages as AIF for him. This one took a LONG time.

Howdy, Hugh! Hoping all is well with you and yours. I've

not had too many megastacks, but have gotten extra fun tickets for them - it's almost a ream of paper - and the surcharge has been 'approved' so far.

It's the poor borrowers I feel for - they just howl, and I sure can't blame them. The good natured folks end up joking about the redundancies...which helps.

Sure nice to 'see' you again.

Yes, if the first package is over hundred pages, give or take a few, I charge about $15 extra. Normally, they are okay with it
