Just had a call from NREIS for a modification 85 miles from my office (each way) and they offered $45.00.
I wonder if they found a notary at that price?

I was called by NREIS today..It was a scheduler I have not heard of before. I said I was sorry but due to the late payments lately I will not be able to take on any more work until I receive payment owed me. She was very nice and said she understood.

one of the schedulers told me when I refused a closing for the same reason.

I'd hate to have their job...

Not only do they have to deal with the likes of us not wanting to work for them anymore (for good reason) , but they're probably worried (also for good reason) about how long they're going to HAVE a job! And they're not the ones who created the problem. They must be in pretty deep!
