They are current with me , and I have done nothing beyond
a single invoice submission with each returned loan package.

They're also current with me now--they were slow for a while but when I looked at my records it was only BofA packages that they were behind on.

They always pay me on time. 30-45 days. I don't mind.

We're talking over 120 days. they used to pay me within 2 weeks of a closing too. But now they won't pay, won't call, and don't respond to my emails. I called 6 times last week only to be transferred to a voice mailbox. I emailed the invoices 8 times to 4 different people, got 3 of the emails kicked back because their box was full. I just want my money and they can get someone else to do their closings. Right now I have more respect for a used car salesman than I do for anyone working in a title company.

Re: Still owe me from Nov. & won't respond to email or messages.
still owe me for 2 in january, still call me, i turn them down. had to go through this same collection effort for nov and dec. the ones i did for them for their REO were all paid within 2 weeks if its a SLS (secured lending, which they own), but none of the others are. 60-65 days is not ok without my permission, and whatever excuses people make for them is just that. if you dont have the backing capital to pay your subcontractors, stop taking the loans. i am not a credit union.
