Re: And you own the company!
I went to the wdebsite and filled out the info. Then went to the referenced sign up info docs. "Three strikes" policy. Who did this guy work for, FASS "white glove" operation? Must forward to him several items we have discussed as if they are relly needed. Now what is his pay---$25 for e-docs and 50 mile travel??????

Re: And you own the company!
I had a phone conversation with them and the guy is really nice but no matter, they are asking info that I will not provide ... I do not send a copy of my *stamp* to someone I do not know, I have do not have a license but rather a commission and there is some other private information that I will not forward such as a copy of my DVL. If the lender request a copy of my commission and a copy of my background I will forward it but not to a caompany that I have no clue what they will do with my info. This is the second time they advertise in here so obviously there is no success there. His pay no clue ... when I told him I charged a minimum of XXX he replied that they cannot do that with all signings, only some!

This guy also states that he pays in 45 days. His explanation is: If you close on December 25, then you will be paid the month following February 30th. That's probably code for you won't get paid at all. He also requires a lot of fax backs, for which you won't be paid. I did call him about providing my commission number, DL number and so on. I told him I don't provide that information unless there is a job. He told me that he has 'plenty of notaries' that accept his terms and work for him. Obviously, he doesn't. What a creep!
