National Vendor Solutions Oldsmar Florida
My experience with this company was a nightmare. They do not pay well and give you 5 pages of all the deductions that they will take if you make an error. I went out on a Notary for them printing 320 pages of docs and was at the clients house for 2 hours & 45 min. while they spoke with their lender 4 times regarding paperwork that was incorrect and missing. National Vendor Solutions asked me to return 4 days later with another set of docs at 320 pages and was told that I would be paid in full for the first signing attempt. I went out the second time and was there 3 hours, that siging did close. National Vendor Solutions only paid me 1/2 my fee. I would not recommend this company.

Bad enough the lengthy appointment the first time, but why in the world were you there for 3 hours the second time?? Unless these were elderly borrowers who had physical problems signing, or it was a piggyback (and even then, jeez), this amount of time for one signing is ridiculous. I would pursue them for full fee on both signings.

I did a first and last signing for these bozos, it was the most terrible experience with a signing company, first night I woke up in the middle of the night on the way they treated me. JMHO.

Curious
Did you speak with them after you saw that they only paid half? If so, what was their response to your request. I'm not justifying this, but some times, they really do forget.

I accepted a job from them for a Saturday and got to the borrower's house about 15-20 minutes early. The borrower's wife was outside and told me she did not have the time to sign anything. I told her the docs were date sensitive and if not signed that day they would have to be destroyed. Also advised her that I could wait a short period of time if that helped her. She became angry and said she was not signing anything that day. I called Anthony at NVS and advised him of this. Anthony stated I would be paid in full. About 2 hours later Anthony called and asked if I could go back and I said that was not possible. Another month or so after this, I called NVS to ask for payment. Anthony started hollering that it was my fault for getting to the borrower early as well as causing him problems the day of the closing. He also said I had a nerve annoying him on his birthday weekend.

I do not recommend them either. I confirmed and printed docs before the signing was canceled last minute. They said they would pay for printing. This was in early november. Went round and round with them, even sent them back the confirmation with doc attachments. Finally called title a couple weeks ago and got a respnse real quick to come deliver printed docs to them and pick up my check. Since it was a 10 minute drive I swung by one day on another trip and got my measly 25 for all my troubles and said how nice it was to get to meet them NOT

I am also owed a print fee from December when a signing was resheduled. This is a common problem the way these transactions are set up--we are not to call the borrowers to confirm. They are always large packages & it's often "iffy" as to whether the borrower will sign or not. I won't take any more work from them.

The owner of NVS has a family tie with the COO of the title company. They both have the same last name. Glad the TC paid you the print fee.

I too have worked for them and so far have been paid. However....the loan packages are so large it is almost ridiculous. I tried to renegotiate due to the massive # of docs, but they wouldn't budge. They only would pay me $100 to print 320 pages. Not very good in my book.
