New HUD question

this morning at 9 I have a signing and got the docs late last night and while getting the docs ready noticed that on page 4 there is only one signature requested while on the loan application there are 2 borrowers.
So should I have both sign or just the husband?

If you can't get a hold of anyone at the TC before the appointment, I suggest you print a duplicate HUD (or more if more than one was requested) and have it signed both ways. My guess is that both signers on the loan app would need to sign the HUD, but if you do it both ways then you are covered either way.

But try and get a hold of someone at TC to ask.

Thanks, that is what I was thinking as well ... but than you never know that one thing might have changed.
