Like are they downsizing/merging with another company/moving/…and if you take an assignment from them …will you get paid? It’s getting dangerous out there, and we as NSA’s need to know.

All is good from my end. Havent heard anything negative and all of our network members do closings for them.

Did you hear something or are you just double checking?

None of my shoes fit right now, actually. I'm about to give birth to my second child any moment now and my feet are like balloons! Smile

I do that once in a while too. Sure makes it easier when you are checking out a company, so if I have time, I go thru a couple pages and link away Smile

If they buy out another company - I don't see a problem. They are simply expanding and the "new" company has the same management - and nobody seems to have a problem with New Millenium as is.
IF they are bought out, the "new" company assumes both the assets and the liabilities, meaning you are still on the AP list, and the new company is responsible to pay.
Let's not create worries and problems where there are none. Life is too short.

I have done a lot of work with New Millennium Title (although very slow latetly) and they are great to work with. Friendly, easy to work with and always pay quickly.
